NOTE:
In some versions of MPD there's a bug with listing of the 'modified-since' special tag.
It will fail with either "Incorrect arguments" or "basic_string::_M_construct null not valid"
Update to MPD 0.20.20 to fix this issue.
Fixed bugs in HTTP album art loading.
Setting "Max size of album art" to "Unlimited" caused HTTP album art download to fail.
Added host configuration for album art HTTP server.
By default the host of the MPD server is used as the HTTP host. Since version 1.0.1 it is now possible to assign a different host name for the HTTP server.
