The UI can be customized to only show tags of interest.
To control tags visibility open the server details and then the Tags tab.
Tap the round icon at the top of the navigation drawer to open the server details view.

From the Tags tab you can control the visibility of the supported tags.
Tags that are not supported by the MPD server are disabled by default.
